Waterbury Farrel Combination Mills allow significant versatility on a single mill. 

2-Hi/4-Hi Mills

This combination can be used for breakdown, skin pass and finish rolling. This allows for conversion between 2-Hi and 4-Hi configurations by replacing the roll cluster. This reduces cost for small tonnage applications where both a 2-Hi and 4-Hi are required.

4-Hi/6-Hi Mills

This combination provides improved flatness using a work roll bending mechanism and intermediate axial roll adjustment. This configuration provides improved shape of rolled strip, increased reductions and greater rolling efficiency.
